A blend of Italian and European wheat varieties hand-selected for their high protein and gluten content to yield pizza crust with a chewy texture and hearty bite. Caputo 00 Americana is recommended for making thin crust New York style pizza.
Not recommended for use with the HIZO Pizza Oven which is designed to get very hot (+900°F). We recommend using which is perfect for making Neapolitan style pizza dough that won't burn as quickly at high heat. Regardless of what style pizza you're making, we recommend using as "pizza slide" to prevent your pizza from sticking to your pizza stone or other baking surface.
